Welcome to Project Borders!

An interactive project trying to capture your relationship to your borders. We use interactive mobile phone technology, we lend cameras to travelers, migrants and traders and we travel to and along borders on all continents.

It does not matter if it is a major international border between countries or continents or a seemingly trivial one between neighborhoods or counties. No matter the nature of the border, it does affect us, in very different ways depending on where and who we are. In Project Borders we aim to capture some of your and our feelings as we relate to lines on the ground.

This site is a work in progress presentation of what we have done so far, what we are doing now and what we are hoping to do in the future. Our lessons and our visions. It is by no means the final presentation of the project.

You are more than welcome to take part in the border dialog, read, comment, suggest and help us out. After all, this project is about bridging, expanding, or at least talking about the borders between all of you and all of us.
